Percent Problems

We have been practicing Percent Problems in class. Use the knowledge you have and answer these two questions.

1. Sami decided to park her car at Park&Go for her four-day trip. The cost is usually
$8 per day or partial day. However, Sami has a 20% discount coupon for her entire
bill. How much did Sami’s parking cost?

Good Luck

8 times 4 = 32
10% is 3.2
3.2 times 2 = 6.4
32 - 6.4 = 25.6
I think thats right...

This is the Yeimi Question.
There are 25 squares in one 1 box
25 times 5 = 125
Theres are 62 shaded
62/125 = .496
.5
